A Holiday Challenge

This Christmas, I issue a challenge to my readers:

This Christmas, set an extra place at the table for someone who does not have a family with which to share the holiday.

This Christmas, pick up the phone and call someone you have not spoken to in a while.

This Christmas, send a sincere apology to someone you have wronged.

This Christmas, repair a friendship before it is irretrievably broken.

This Christmas, ban all talk of politics.

This Christmas, hug a loved one.

This Christmas, leave perfection by the side and enjoy the day.

This Christmas, tell someone you love them, before it is too late.

This Christmas, tell your children you love them and are proud of them.

This Christmas, let your friends know they are loved and treasured.

This Christmas, I wish you all love, peace, and joy.
