This is the week that the United States celebrates Thanksgiving. While our nation is currently in turmoil, we need to remember just how blessed we are.
We have the right to a secret vote. This is a privilege denied to millions around the world.
We have running water. We have electricity. We have so much we take for granted.
This week, stop and reflect on just how blessed we are. Regardless of your personal god or religion, even if you choose to have neither, this is a time to reflect on all that is good in our lives. For this week, stop the complaining, the division, the hate. Be grateful. Spread the love.
