Peanut Butter Fudge
1 (6oz) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup powdered sugar
Combine morsels, peanut butter, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly, but only until mixture melts and is smooth.
Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
Spoon into buttered 8 inch square pan and chill until firm.
Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator.
