For Two

Praline Ham

Ingredients:

2 (1/2 inch thick) ham slices, cooked.
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Heat ham slices in a shallow pan for 10 minutes at 325 degrees.  Bring syrup, sugar, and butter to a boil in a small saucepan.  Stir often.  Stir pecans into syrup mixture.  Spoon mixture over ham.  Warm in oven for an additional 20 minutes.
