Bacon Wrapped Scallops
1 pound sea scallops
1/2 pound sliced bacon
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Rinse scallops in cold water.
3. Cut bacon in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each scallop and secure with a toothpick.
4. Place on a baking sheet and bake 20-30 minutes or until bacon is brown and crispy.
