Earlier in the week, I did a post on making do. In that post, I mentioned the white chocolate/strawberry parfait I made for Easter dessert. Here's how to make them...hang on, it's a tough one!!
Ingredients:
1 box instant white chocolate pudding mix
2 cups milk
Strawberries
Directions:
Prepare pudding according to directions on the box. Chill. Hull and thinly slice strawberries. Layer strawberries and pudding in parfait or sundae glasses. Chill until serving.
