Recipe for Self-Care

As we enter the holiday season, it is even more important to remember to take care of ourselves.  This is one small step in doing so.

1 heaping teaspoon of deep breaths.

1 full cup of self-forgiveness.

1 1/2 hour nap.

Unlimited hugs from friends.

30 minutes snuggling with pets.

10 gallons of love.

Take any and/or all as needed.
