This was a hit when I made it a few days ago...give it a try!
Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork
2/3 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp white vinegar
3 1/2 lb pork shoulder or roast, trimmed and cut into thirds or quarters
In a 6 quart crockpot, mix all ingredients except the pork. Add the pork, turning to completely cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Remove pork and shred with two forks. Return pork to the crockpot and stir. Serve on hamburger buns.
P.S. When it came time for me to shred the pork, it was already so tender it fell apart. Shredding may not be needed!!
