Even if you are focused, mindful, and have worked hard on simplifying your life, fear can still throw up roadblocks.  It is part of the human condition, it seems, that fear raises its ugly head and stops us in our tracks.

What if I fail?  Not if...when.  Because you will fail, probably more than you will succeed.  If you fail, start over.  Try it again.  You have already failed, there is nowhere to go but up.

What if I don't know how?  Read.  Educate yourself.  Ask questions.  Find a mentor.  We live in the age of instant information.  Whatever you want to learn, there is a means and method to learn it.

What if I fall?  Get up.  Like a toddler, learning to stand comes with a multitude of falls.  Each fall teaches you something and moves you one step further.

I'm afraid.  Good!  While fear can be a roadblock, it can also be a powerful motivator.  Fear means change.  Embrace it.  Never let it paralyze you.

Do you know the definition of courage?  It is being afraid of something and doing it anyways.  Get doing!
