Frugal Resolutions

Ok, so actually making a resolution is free.  But sometimes keeping them is not.  With that in mind, here's a way to take some of the cost out of attaining your goal.

The U.S. government wants to help you meet those resolutions!  They have quite a few websites that have FREE resources to assist you.

First, go to this website:  http://www.usa.gov/Citizen/Topics/New-Years-Resolutions.shtml.

Second, choose your resolution.

  • Drink Less Alcohol
  • Eat Healthy Food
  • Get a Better Education
  • Get a Better Job
  • Get Fit
  • Lose Weight
  • Manage Debt
  • Manage Stress
  • Quit Smoking
  • Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle
  • Save Money
  • Take a Trip
  • Volunteer to Help Others

  • As you click the link for the resolution you choose, you'll be taken to websites that offer more information.  Some resolutions are tough, and every bit of advantage you can get will help!

    Here's to a successful 2012!!
