New Year's Tradition

One of my husband's New Year's traditions is Sauerkraut and Spareribs.  We have it every year and the holiday wouldn't be the same without it!


1 package spareribs (about 4 lbs)
2 jars Bavarian sauerkraut


Season ribs using your favorite rub.  (Ours is Salt Lick Rub)  Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 6 hours.  When the ribs are done, place in a large pot.  Add both jars of Bavarian sauerkraut and heat through.  Serve and have a happy New Year!
