I'm a college student!! I'm still in shock myself. I can't believe that at the age of fifty, I'm a college freshman.
The first day of walking around campus was surreal. I had the college uniform down pat with my hoodie and jeans but my white streaks in my hair definitely differentiated me from the majority of the other students!
I've also noticed a difference in learning style. I'm at the stage in my life where I want you to tell me the information I need to know and move on. I'm an adult...I get it the first time. If I'm afraid I won't retain it, I write it down. Questioning each sentence that comes out of the professor's mouth is most definitely not my style!
Come along with me on my new adventure...It's going to be a hell of a ride!
Love,
Jerri
