Apple Clear
Ingredients:
1 gallon pure apple juice
6 cinnamon sticks
1 jar apple jelly
1 quart Everclear
Directions:
Dissolve the apple jelly in the apple juice over low heat. Add cinnamon sticks and continue stirring until an apple pie smell is easily identified. DO NOT LET MIXTURE BOIL!! Remove from stove and allow to fully cool. Add Everclear and refrigerate.
