Perfect for a cold evening!
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
2 packages saffron yellow rice (5oz)
1 envelope onion soup mix.
Brown sausage and drain. In a 2 quart casserole, combine rice, onion soup, and 3 cups water. Stir until completely blended. Add sausage but do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
