Easy Chinese

All this week, I've posted about self-care.  Here is a delicious, easy dish that you can throw in the crockpot and let cook while you take care of yourself!

Beef Teriyaki

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Teriyaki glaze (sometimes the label says Baste and Glaze)
1 can crushed pineapple (DO NOT DRAIN)
1 or 1 1/2 pound chuck steak

Directions:

Combine glaze and pineapple in your crockpot.  Cut the chuck steak (strips or chunks, whichever you prefer) and mix well with the glaze/pineapple.  Set the crockpot on low and cook for 3-4 hours.  Serve over rice.  Hint:  It's also great wrapped in a tortilla!
