Stovetop Barbeque Chicken

Is it too hot to step outside and grill?  Here's your solution!


Large, deep frying pan
3 lbs. cut up chicken
1 can Coke
1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste


Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken.  Place in frying pan.  Mix together Coke, ketchup, and mustard. Pour over chicken.  Cover pan and simmer for 45 minutes.  Uncover and simmer an additional 15 minutes, allowing sauce to thicken.
