These potatoes make a perfect side to whatever meat you are grilling this weekend!
1 bag (2lb) frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package (8 oz) cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
2 Tbsp butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped (all, including tops)
1 red pepper, chopped
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner. Mix all ingredients together in the slow cooker. Cover, cooking on high, 3 to 4 hours.
