Inside Out

The following is a recipe for a popular candy bar turned inside out!!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
3 cups flaked coconut
2 cups powdered sugar
1 package chocolate chips

Directions:

Melt butter in a glass dish in the microwave (about 2 minutes). Add coconut and powdered sugar, mix well.  Taking a teaspoon sized amount, shape into balls.  Using your thumb, make an indention in each ball and place on a cookie sheet.  Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, about 3-4 minutes, stirring after every minute to prevent scorching.  Fill the indentions in the coconut balls with the chocolate.  Chill and store in the refrigerator.
