A Fruity Dessert

Raspberry Peaches


3 ripe but firm peaches
6 tsp raspberry jam
3 macaroon cookies, crumbled


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Peel and cut peaches in half.  Place in greased pie plate or baking dish.  Put spoonful of raspberry jam i center of each peach half.  Sprinkle with cookie crumbs.  Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes.  Turn off oven and allow to sit in oven until ready to serve.
