Rocky Road Bars
Ingredients:
1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 oz) package miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Place chocolate morsels, condensed milk and butter in top of double boiler and heat until chocolate and butter melt, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in peanuts and marshmallows.
Spread mixture quickly on wax paper-lined 9 x 13 pan.
Chill at least 2 hours, cut into bars, and store in the refrigerator.
