Stuffed!!

Chicken and Stuffing



Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breasts, about 3 large 4 small breasts 
1 small can cream of mushroom soup 
1/2 cup milk
1 box stuffing mix
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 c. boiling water


Directions:
Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix milk and soup thoroughly in bottom of dish, place chicken breasts in soup mixture, mixture should cover chicken only slightly. In a separate bowl, mix water and butter gradually with stuffing mix, stir until moist.  Place stuffing on top of chicken.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is done (use a meat thermometer to be sure).
