Paddy's Night
Ingredients:
3 ice cubes, cracked
1 measure green creme de menthe
1 measure Irish whiskey
Champagne, to top up
Directions:
Put the cracked ice into a cocktail shaker with the creme de menthe and whiskey. Shake well. Strain into a large wine glass and top up with champagne.
